Welcome to Serv Auto Care Service ("we", "our", or "us"). By booking a service, visiting our workshop at 10 Barter Street, Gympie QLD 4570, or browsing our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.
All estimates provided prior to inspecting a vehicle are subject to revision once full physical or electronic diagnostic testing is conducted. Should additional faults or parts be required that exceed the initial estimate, we will obtain customer authorization before carrying out additional work.
We carry out scheduled servicing in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Under Australian Consumer Law, having your vehicle serviced by our qualified mechanics using approved quality parts does not void your statutory manufacturer warranty.
Parts and labor supplied by Serv Auto Care Service are backed by standard warranties as supplied by parts manufacturers and MTAQ industry standards, excluding normal wear-and-tear, customer misuse, or competition/racing use.
Full payment for all labor, servicing, fluids, and parts must be settled upon collection of the vehicle unless a prior commercial trade arrangement has been established in writing. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Visa, Mastercard, EFT, and approved payment providers.
Vehicles not collected within 5 business days after notification of service completion may be subject to a daily holding and storage fee unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon.
